Obsidian Item of Unlearning does not unlearn Undead Mastery

    Title: Obsidian Item of Unlearning does not unlearn Undead Mastery
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Attempting to ditch the entire Death tree on QA. All other glyphs dropped to 40. Undead Mastery just consumes the Obsidian Item of Unlearning without returning the exp or dropping the skill to 40.
    Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right click the glyph in the skill tree interface. 2. Click "Instant Unlearn" 3. Nothing changes aside from consuming an Obsidian Item of Unlearning.

    @bonetruck, this is an issue with all skills that are above the specializations, whether using an item of unlearning or not.
