[Unable to replicate] Obsidian potion of learning

    Title: Obsidian potion of learning not work with harvest skills!

    Details: I drink this potion and all real week harvesting all of resources, but did not feel any increase for mining, lumberjacking and other harvest skills. I have 94 skillpoints of lumberjacking a week ago, now i have 95... Same with other skills. Battle and crafting skills grows with 300% increased speed - this is ok.

    cannot verify. i harvested a garlic in tanglemire, drank the potion, waited for it to respawn so i could compare the exact same node, and harvested it again. no meticulous either time.

    harvest without potion: xp pool reduced ~35,000
    harvest with potion: xp pool reduced ~186,000
