Its the toggle for the yellow text that pops up in the top left when a friend logs in.

Not sure if you've seen already, but there's a bug in R101 that stops lua scripts from drawing on screen after you rezone, so this isn't specific to OCX Tools. DC posted a workaround for the time being, and the problem should be solved in the next patch it seems.

With the latest 1529 patch, it’s working fine now. No need to alter anything.

yep, however, Feldon, I use your script all the time and was wondering if it could be made to hide when hiding the interface? I toggle the interface all the time for burn-in reasons on my OLED-tv and it would be a great help.

I've been seeing OCX tools "locking up", as in going completely unresponsive in R105, and maybe as far back as R104. The game works fine, but the LUA locks up seemingly randomly / intermittently. Might be upon zoning into an instance, intermittently, but I'm not positive of that.

When it happens, I cannot close any OCX Tools windows or open new ones. Doing a SotA "Reset Scripts" fixes it just fine.

I am running OCX Tools 2.02. Any suggestions or ideas?

    @Feldon Grimshaw

I somehow managed to get my XP Monitor window so far up at the top of the screen, that now I can't grab the top to lower it - thus losing my control over positioning, re-setting, etc.
Below are 2 snips showing the XP Monitor window when NOT in full-screen mode and when IN full-screen mode.
Either way, I can't get my cursor up far enough to move it back down.

    Help pls............ :)

I don't know if OCX has a command to fix but type /datafolder in chat go in the Lua/ocx folder and there's a windowstate-<avatarname>.dat file, open it in notepad and edit x/y coords of the toolbar line.

it sounds like Lua is running into an error which would be fixed by the reset. when that happens again (or open a past log where it happened), check in your chatlog for any Lua errors messages showing a file name and line number.

@Lained Thanks so much for that reference ! Hadn't looked at that folder before, but I know where to look if I ever again manage to move something to a "minus" cord again.
    Fixed my prob perfectly :)

Oh, and thanks to @Tirrag for the references to Lua errors.... I'll keep that in mind for another time. :)

wow, thanks all for jumping in and offering advice. my life priorities have shifted a bit and i'm not able to pay as much attention to this as i once did. I'm gad you're able to help each other. if every anyone wants to learn some lua and help maintain/enhance this project, i'd be happy to give them access to the repository, walk them through the code and explain everything.

greetings @Feldon Grimshaw. i know well how RL can take a chunk out of you :( though i arguably have too much Lua addon responsibility already, i would be happy to assist as best i can until a point you can refocus. PM me and we can work out details.

Is the code on Github/etc where some of us could contribute?

Currently the XP monitor (which I couldn't bear to live without) always starts with the "counting timer" running, so I always have to switch to total whenever I begin the game.
Any chance you could arrange a way for us to "lock" it in whichever mode we prefer ?

    Thank you for this tool.
I am returning after a year. I just re-watched your video. I find it funny that the primary command to toggle the toolbar is the last thing in the video. It does encourage one to watch the entire video. As if I wasn't already interested in all the commands and cool functions.
As a side note: I clicked the G option and the add gold menu would not go away. I admit that I did click that thing a few times before I reeducated myself on the commands.
Thanks again for working on this great tool.

Lately the XP module will freeze for no apparent reason and I have to do a lua reload to get it working again.

I've also noticed that an error appears in the chat log when I start the game. Here it is:
How can I fix this ?

    Best regards,
    Robert Frost
