Odd building lighting at certain time of day

    Look at the windows on the ground floor as well as the fact that effectively the sun is showing through the building.

    that is the volumetric lighting. it's SUPPOSED to be disabled when shadows are turned off, but it looks like you don't have shadows in that picture, so that switch is probably broken

    Indeed I turn shadows off. However volumetric lighting or no. It looks real wonky

    well, it's not supposed to go through buildings, but that would be calculated with the shadows. that's why it's supposed to autodisable when shadows are off.
