offhand attack locked during combat

    I've reported this before, not sure if it was picked up :) :

    I have five cards of offhand attack set to the first slot, once awhile the card will pop up without the gm tag and i can't use it. Discarding does work though. Can't really reproduce.

    I can get this to happen with any glyph. When I train skills using chaotic feedback and run into the no more cards coming up because of the dynamic cooldown, sometimes a card does show up but its not really there. Just have to wait for a card to pop again.
