Old Oracle Settings Were Better

    Having the Oracle's quest reset daily rather than the exact time of day was better.

    The new settings just encourage deviate behaviour when people arrive 5 minutes early and have nothing better to do with that time.

    Our local Oracle long since pilfered, I have already caught someone try to pry out one of the eyes.
