One story row houses

Always disliked the stairs in row houses.

Wish there's a single story row house. It will make the house feel a little bigger.
Would especially like a single story cabin row house or a single story shop house. That'll suit me nicely.

There are more POT row deeds available now, why not make and sell them for 500 cotos each? It should be easier to make without stairs right? Then in future sell one time use paints (dye) for 100 cotos each.

 

Or the simple ladders instead of stairs.

 

The footprint alone would make for a pretty small home....

With the coming of empty row lots soon there will be no need for a house at all. Pitch a tent and have a basement hatch and you are done. But i agree there needs to be more row type houses when this new feature comes about. Not everyone wants to use the rows. The two story ones now are ok but need something different. Smaller version of the log cabin....no loft just a small single room dwelling. Those little shanty shacks for village lots should fit on a row as well....just wont leave much space around them but its better than three to four story buildings. But for goodness sakes let us have more craftable houses. PLEASE.
