Now when you bring up the planter box window it has a "Recipe" for planting, when you double click this it will automatically add One of each of the ingredients into the crafting box (Assuming you have these in your pack) Then just hit the plant button at the bottom and presto it's planted. But I noticed under the Recipe it has a item listed as "Optional Fertilizer". It really is optional because I didn't need it to plant but where do you get fertilizer from? Anyone figured this out yet? Maybe it's a Fish? Also it seams like you don't need to water the plants at every growth stage anymore...HHmmm?

Fish would make good sense, it would also give a little validation to the Fishing Skill. This is good because I'm located in Kingsport close to the river. Now if we could just get water as a natural resource, I could head down to the river get me some fish and a few buckets of water I'd be golden.

My guess is that an extension of the agriculture skill tree is on the way.

If only there were a link between the Forums and the Game... Much of what goes on here would make a wonderful resource for this.

I hear the best place to get fertilizer is Dawn's Keep, I guess it's full of it.

If you ever see my eyes turn blue, you'll know I'm a quart low. ;)
Thank you. I'm pleased with the progress thus far.

This was the morning laugh I needed!! Thanks!

Also I love the idea of using fish or some sort of fish emulsion created via butcher or cooking.

...when we get Animal Husbandry in game. How would that be for a collection skill?

...There are outhouses already in game.
