    1. Title: Dialog Box opens and closes rapidly
    2. Reproduction Rate: 2x in a row
    3. Details: Spoke to Oracle and asked "test" dialog ended after I clicked "ready to begin" and as I walked away the dialog box continued to open over and over at a fast rate
    4. Steps to Reproduce: above in details.
    5. User Specs: Win10 GTX2080TI Corei7 4790k
