Oracle doesn't respond to keyword 'test' or 'advise'. I waited but the conversation timed out.

As you see in the log below log file excerpt the oracle did not answer my 'test' keyword. In about 1 minute 52 seconds the oracle conversation timed out and I tried it again. Same result - no answer then time out.
This same bug was submitted before:

but there was never any response from any bug-assistant or dev on that.

In my experience when this happens, I can go about my business and come back to the oracle later and it just says it has been too recent that I already took the test. But, I did not actually take the test yet, because the oracle didnt answer.

As a result, I lose the 500 gold and 500 experience taht I should have gotten had I managed to answer the oracles test correctly.
