Details: I decided to chat with the Oracle in Kingsport. She did not appear. But she was "leashing"

Steps to Reproduce: Try talking to the Oracle in Kingsport

Do you have this issue with other Oracle conservatories, or just the one in Kingsport?

 

@Lum - I had the same issue in Ardoris except it did not give the leashing message. Those are the only two places I've looked so far. Bed time for me, but I will look more tomorrow.

 

Now that's just silly. I just submitted a fix for him leashing. I think the next build that rolls out will by Monday though.
