Oracle NPC building?

    So, I was playing around with my POTs NPC buildings. I saw the Oracle NPC building and out of curiousity I placed it in my POT. Same building as the NPC city version, same lights and fog but no Oracle.

    Is there a point to this building, or is it to confuse visitors when they entered and find nothing?
