Oracle Path quest

OK. So I logged on today and went to the oracle for my usual test.

Oracles asked if I was walking the path of courage and I said yes.

Then tells me I'm not walking the path of courage??

Is there a new bug?

 

Maybe you're not very courageous?

Did she say that exactly (that you weren't walking the path of courage) or did she say that you hold that virtue in disdain?

If she said you are not following courage, it’s because your courage virtue is too low probably.

 

The oracle is like [ ] who asks for your opinion but then gives it to you. The key is asking IT how IT thinks you view these virtues (I think it's clicking on the "counsel" link) then answer accordingly.

 

Or you can just type in Courage instead of Test. Typing Courage asks the Oracle to give you your status.

 

In this case, the courage virtue is probably close to zero.

 

I don't believe so. I ran a series of experiments on lowering my Truth virtue. On the Shroud of the Avatar, this is represented by the Intelligence stat. When I got the Intelligence to around 1.8 I then Spoke to the Oracle about Truth. She then mentioned I was no longer following the Path of Truth. Of note, my Intelligence stat on the shroud was not 0. I also then now could speak to the various Jack of Diamonds Bouncer's and then they would now allow me on to the Jack of Diamonds.

 

The stat bonuses on the shroud don't might not necessarily exactly match your virtue scores. Perhaps @Sannio can comment?
