Oracle quest -- Pages missing

    Title: Oracle quest -- Pages missing
    Reproduction Rate: continuous for two days
    Blocker? blocks the quest for me
    Details:
    I am on the Oracle quest. I have the eight quests to find pages. I looked in to two different ruins, found the obsidian chests but pages were not there. I relogged, exited zone and returned, waited thru multiple chest respawns... nothing made the pages appear. I tried Kas Ruins and Libris Ruins.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4) System RAM: 16327
    GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series GPU RAM: 4076
