Ornate Fan makes left hand immobile in all other emotes

    Title: Ornate fan makes the left hand go limp in emotes
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: if you have the Ornate Fan equipped it causes all emotes that utilize the left hand to operate differently. My shooter emote is now a one gun draw and not a two. The Starrlton dance is even funnier with the limp left arm. Any Emote that utilizes the left hand is disabled or altered. Even the Fan emote does not work with the fan equipped.
    Steps to Reproduce: Put the Ornate Fan in your hand and try an emote.
