Ornate Greenhouse 4th story ladder not working

1. Title: Ladder going down from ornate greenhouse returns avatar to same position at top
2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
3. Blocker? No (can jump down for minor damage)
4. Details: When you click on the ladder from the top floor of the ornate greenhouse 4 story row house it returns you to the same position on the top floor, only alternative is to Jump. Have attempted to use E as previously suggested for other ladders, still returns avatar to top
5. Steps to Reproduce:

- click ladder to go down
- stay where you are
- house located at Ardoris -74.9, 71.1, -103.3
6. User Specs: Using Win 10, 64bit build 511
