Ornate Small Elven Planting Bed not working

    Title: Ornate Small Elven Planting Bed not working

    Details: I can not plant any plants in the Ornate (Small) Elven Planting Bed.
    Not getting the highlight around the beds either.
    I have taken the planting bed to multiple houses to confirm it wasn't an issue with placement.

    I also am having the same issue with the small ornate planting bed. Wouldn't let me harvest the roses I had in it, had to right click and destroy the plant to remove them.
