OSX: login screens block screen saver

    OS: Mac OS X 10.9.5
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2760QM CPU @ 2.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6770M OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.EarlyAccess.OSX.64.538.Date.01.10.17

    Details:
    When at the login screen or the previous screen to choose online vs offline, screen savers are blocked from staying running.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Go to login screen
    Activate screen saver (usually enabled by moving the mouse to a corner of the screen)
    Wait a few seconds
    Screen saver will abort

    This is reasonable behavior while logged into the game, but there is no reason to block the screen saver when at the login screen. The tricky part might be where this is implemented in the code, it may be deep in engine code, or there may be a need to identify the few screens in which this behavior should be disabled.
