When you run out of reagents, you cannot cast the spell. Did you then go get more of the reagents you ran out of?

 

yep, i forgot to mention, but he is still blocked when i buy the reag needed

I'm unable to replicate. When running out of reagents spells are unavailable, going to a magic merchant and restocking reagents the spells are then immediately available.

I'm assuming you are leaving out some specific thing you are doing? And as Alley Oop mentioned above, are you using some locked bag with reagents in them?

Bags with reagents that are locked will not allow you to use those reagents. You need to unlock that bag. Is this what you are doing?

 

Very infrequently I get an "unavailable" light armor skill on an unlocked deck while wearing ... wait for it ... light armor. At full focus and just standing still. I wait for that skill to pop up again and it's available. Light armor skills require no reagents, so it's not directly related - or is it?

As I said, though, it's very infrequent.

I've never had the problem described here though - run out of reagents, then find whatever I'm missing (loot or harvest) and the skill becomes available.

 

No i don't use reag in bag, but in the main inventory...its the 2 time this happen, i just buffed myself with elysiyum illumination, out of garlic, and my friends traded it to me. maybe it is? the trade thing?

 

Trade shouldn’t effect anything. So you just keep reagents in your inventory? Do you happen to possibly lock some reagents in your inventory?
