Overworld camera jumps when rotating

    Title: Overworld camera jumps when rotating
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:

    When the overworld camera is aimed well above the avatar, rotating the avatar causes the camera to jump 'down', but only until you release whichever rotate key you pressed down.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    - go to the overworld
    - aim the camera up (look up at the sky)
    - rotate with the keyboard either left or right


    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 16337
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8144
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.416.Date.11.10.16
