Owned Players row lot was 'for sale' on QA

    Title: Owned Players row lot was 'for sale' on QA
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? NO
    Details:
    When I logged on to the QA server with my Dev+ account (foundervaratar) I found that my other accounts row lot was 'For Sale' (founderavatar2).
    Not sure if this is a bug or do all non-dev+ homes become free on the QA?

    Steps to Reproduce: ?
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 8049
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6100
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.393.Date.09.16.16
    Area: Novia_R10_City_Estgard
    Loc: (119.2, 38.0, 176.3)

    Maybe it could depend on the rent status of that property, the server backup date that was used for the QA build, and whether there was enough rent credit paid to cover that time gap before you logged in to the QA build?

    It's tax free so shouldn't have been an issue. There was over 100 days left before the deed expired too.
