Oyster Farms for Black Pearl

    Oyster Farms > Black Pearl

    Oyster Farms could be set up similar to the planters we have now for all our other crops except they will look like beds filled with water. We will have to fill them with oysters, perhaps the resource instead of water like we use for our other plants, could be sand. Sand could be a new resource added to the game that we have to harvest on beaches or could just be purchased like water is purchased from the NPC.

    Perhaps over time the Oysters could age and die and would have to be restocked with a fresh batch.

    Cycle could repeat and we could get a way to farm Black Pearls since the way now is brutal.

    Counterpoint: Gathering pearl and selling to others, while not the fastest way to make money, can be quite lucrative for dedicated gatherers. Being able to farm oysters would kill that. Additionally, it's one of the few real gold sinks we have left.
