Paperdoll or character page does not persist when locked

    Title: the paperdoll/character page does not persist through zoning even when locked, this is new behavior with R35.
    Reproduction Rate: constant
    Blocker? no
    Details: the paperdoll/character page does not persist through zoning even when locked, this is new behavior with R35.
    Steps to Reproduce: open character window/paper doll. click the pin to lock it in place. zone and it will be gone, needing re-opened again...yes still showing a pinned configuration.

    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4) System RAM: 8190
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU RAM: 1992
