Parry Mechanics...

I do not think parry is working the way it was intended.

I have a 0% chance to parry attacks unless I have the "Parry" buff active at which point I seem to have about a 5% chance to parry attacks. And the buff never lasts the full 10 seconds.

the buff lasts 10 seconds or until "next hit on caster", the problem is that the buff is being pulled off even without it parrying an attack. at roughly a 5% chance to parry and a 10 second cooldown, im finding this skill to be VERY unhelpful.
