Patch 1384 has wording error

    Title: Legacy items did not get added durability as stated.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Items were said to have had durability added with Patch 1384 but only the "Max" number in parenthesis went up so the patch notes should read they "have been given the potential of added durability with expenditure of cotos"
    Steps to Reproduce: observe any old item with the new durability.
