Patch 380 forces Borderless Window Mode

    Title:patch 380 forces Borderless Window Mode
    Reproduction Rate: continual
    Blocker?no
    Details: After downloading Patch 380 (and checking the launcher to make sure the 'Enable Borderless Window Mode' box is NOT checked, my game starts up without the border. I played in a bordered Window mode in Patch 379 and previous patches and always on the Live Client.
    Steps to Reproduce: Play in a bordered Window Mode, download Patch 380, log in.

    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) 9750 Quad-Core Processor (4) System RAM: 6144
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 GPU RAM: 979
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.380.Date.07.22.16
    Area: Novia_R11_City_Xenos
    Loc: (-34.4, 44.4, 39.9)

    I've found that unchecking "Full Screen" in the Video options and then clicking upper right from 'minimize' to 'maximize' fixes this, but it was uncomfortable that Patch 380 made that necessary.
