patch 397 - Harp has Lute sounds

    Title: Harp has Lute sounds
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The Harp has the Lute sounds. The notes of the harp have then replaced by the lute notes.
    Steps to Reproduce: /play and press 1,2,3 on lute, the /play and press 1,2,3 on harp, they are identical.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor (4) System RAM: 8155
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series GPU RAM: 1011
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.397.Date.09.22.16
    Area: POT_swamp_metropolis_01_template
    Loc: (143.7, 36.0, 247.1)

    Also the Harp still is coming out of the players chest instead of being held.
