Patch Notes Off - Replenishing Obisidian Potion of Guidance Box

In the patch notes for R51:

• Replenishing Box of Obsidian Potions of Guidance: This box of potions replenishes 12 Obsidian Potions of Guidance once per year. This reward replaces the “2 Week Skill Head Start” reward for Benefactor Immortal Adventurers.

However, in the game the box only gave 1 potion instead of the 12 indicated in the patch notes (see log below).

[2/22/2018 7:08:58 PM] You gained an item (Obsidian Potion of Guidance x1) from the object (Replenishing Obsidian Potion of Guidance Box).

What is the frequency that the box should be supplied and in what quantity? I just checked and it is not on an Earth schedule of 1 week.

 

I just received another so guessing it's resets each month.
