[Patch Pending 68370] Wall Garland placement issue

    I've tried to place garland at 2 different houses I'm the co-owner of and it will only let me hang them on the outside of the houses. I can't place them anywhere on the inside. Tried with garland strand and garland swag.

    This is a known issue and the fix has already been implemented and is waiting to be patched in. Issue 68370

    Title: can't place ornate garland swags or strands

    Details: tried to place garland/swag in Duke benefactor, lord founder and Lotus Fire tavern with only red showing despite no blocking deco. Tried both vault edition tagged and non vault tagged; same issue for both.
