Title: Kingsport Sewers: Skeletons Attack Martin the Prisoner... and Quest Flow
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No...?
Details: It seems the prisoners in the Kingsport Sewers now have a working quest. I came across two issues: 1)The skeletons now attack Martin through the closed bars of the cell. 2)I've killed the named lich many times in the past. So I received a reward upon first talking to Martin, without having been given the quest.

I opened both cells to go into talk to them. Thanks for not having them close on a timer anymore. Anyway, I then went to kill the named lich again, because it was there. And so was I. I received the "Talk to Prisoner" task.

I went back to the cells, only to find the skeletons had re-spawned and went into the now open cell.... and killed Martin. Oops. He has yet to re-spawn in the time it has taken to write this.

I talked to Judith, and that cleared the Talk to Prisoner task (no reward). She said to talk to Martin and let him know. Umm. Yeah. About him.... I still don't know if the prisoners will ever leave the sewers.

Steps to Reproduce: For the attacking bit, just go to the area of the cells and observe. My first hint was the flying numbers of combat. For quest flow, kill the lich before you talk to them. Long time players such as myself will most likely already be in this category.
