Title: Email saying deed is about to expire, but lots of time left in game UI

Details: I have a Town deed place in Brittany Wharfs that I just got an email for that says it's expiring in 12 days. However, the Deeds UI says there are 57 days remaining. As well, bringing up the lot information from the lot signpost says there are 57 days remaining.

This is still happening. I got the email at 13:00 eastern time today but my lot has 56 days left on the deed.

Here is the email from the next day showing two more lots added to the list of "deeds about to expire"
You can see in the above post that these had two days more payment than the first lot.
This is strange, since only one day pas passed since the first email for the Ardoris lot.
Also strange, the Harvest lot did not have an email even though it appears to have the same payment amount as the two added ones do.
(Maybe it was paid at a different time of day, in which case the math is probably right if it is using the hour and minutes of payment times to compute)
