Title: Path of Truth No Mackey

Details: During the path of truth I go to etceter and get the "retrieve black iron ore". Every time I enter the Etceter crag mines I can interact with all the bandits but Mackey isn't there. I go to the room {back of the cave} but he isn't there. I then watched some YouTube videos and they show where he should be and he isn't. I even explored the whole dungeon, but the lower levels the bandits all agro and don't talk. I do have both of Lady Ransoms items, the introduction and the package
