PaxLair's 24th Anniversary January 19th, 2022

24th PaxLair Anniversary Gala
January 19, 2022 at 6 to 8 PM Central Time (NBT)​

Please join us to celebrate our 24th Anniversary as a Player town in UO (24 years and still going)and also in SOTA ( 7 years and counting, first ever POT in game.) Dress up and come to the sounds of MMR as they recreate the music from the late 90's and more.
50 Event bags given to out .

After entering the party area , just before entering aquarium, there is 2 boxes, one holding blank paper, the other is for you to drop in a paper or book with your thoughts or memories of PaxLair. We hope you participate!!


LOCATION:
POT: PaxLair / SignPost: 24th Anniversary / Lot: Castle / Prison Cage Dungeon Entrance / Aquarium Room (second entrance on the left - past broken mining track

ANNIVERSARY FISHING TOURNAMENT:
Fish must be caught between 00:01 EST and 7:00 pm EST in PaxLair. Turn in box for all three is located at the PaxLair Fishing Tourney Row House, just to the right of the maingate by the docks
Longest fish Fetid ( 2 Prize Bag) Use sign to go to the mine dungeon where party will be
Longest fish Lava ( 2 Prize Bag) Center bridge, go thru gate, lava pool is there
Longest fish Salt ( 2 Prize Bag) Town is set for saltwater

Starts: 3 Feb 636 PC(just after midnight, 1/19/22)
Ends: 20 Feb 636 PC (just before 1800 on 1/19/22)

The 6 winning fishwill be made into Trophies and hung at the event location.

It was an immense honor and privilege not only for Mythical Music Radio to be invited to celebrate this event with you, but also for personally giving me time with both @Sean Silverfoot and @Winfield to record and edit interviews about the founding and evolution of PaxLair as a city, community, and a force for progress in our gaming lives.

Yes I saw a small gar in the chest. That's when I decided not to try and upgrade my Fetid fish

I can double check that, if I made an eroor I will send you a prize bag. Because of the Anniversary, I made ALL entries into trophies and hung them up in the Anniversary area for hstorical purposes. I can send you that trophy if it's there. Normal I do send all fish back if requested

The information on Stratics is great! Thanks! Our PaxLair in Shroud extends back to UO ... just like Shroud is connected back to UO's history too.

The Corwyn library in UO is fantastic! Over 1000 books over 24+ years are quite the historical archive! I hope we can see such a library in Shroud too someday.

Thanks so much for attending the Anniversary NANOC and I had a blast in UO for the Anniversary week that you and Phoenix set up and ran. It was a great week!
