When I enter Rift's End I have to wait for a long time for all deco items to appear before I can access my lot at the entrance. In the meantime my lot looks completely bare with a bare house in the middle. It pains me to think that everyone entering the town only sees a bare lot instead of my welcoming deco. Same thing happens if I run to the crafting area when I enter the town. I only see an empty field and have to wait at the edge for the items to appear bit by bit before I can enter the lot.

I hope that your performance optimization will fix this.

hope is the last to die :p

I'd settle for a quick display of fences and plants (making some priority to objects?)

I have noticed this as well, seems like it either waits a long time to begin to load outdoor decorations or waits for you to actually be within eye sight of them before it starts to load, this is especially apparent if you're avatar is moving fast (~60% speed buff + sprint). I have my settings up to "aggressive" loading, whatever that means.

Same problem for me in multiple locations, POTs included.

Just got a new graphics card back and I still sometimes get a delay for loading the crafting area right before you enter the Soltown wooden gates. In other places, I have an issue with things like Trees in the Overworld drawing a more realistic looking tree when I pan across them. It starts off kind of blury, then fills in very slowly.

I wasn't sure what the fuss was all about until I went inside a POT. I had an entire building suddenly appear in front of me with full decorations.

That's nasty. Oddly enough, I don't see this issue in regular towns.
