Permissions on Chests

The question was brought up during a guild meeting this release...

Can Wooden Chests have permissions assigned to them so that they can be restricted to anyone else except who is named?"

Here's the method behind the madness.
Say... You have a guild house...
Say... A member of the guild is prone to having light fingers...
Shouldn't other guild members have assurance that their stuff is secured away?

 

I believe that you will be able to set permissions on chests. Currently there isn't that kind of granularity.

 

I want to be able to rent out the contents of a chest and have them returned to the chest when the time expires

 

That's a bit of a stretch...
What???

 

Why? It would be great to rent out crafting tools to go with the crafting station so people could come in and rent out all they need for a day crafting
