Title: Taming Pet Speed Skill Only Works with baby dragons

Details: Pet Speed Taming skill seems to only work with baby dragons/flying pets and no other pets
Steps to Reproduce: Summon a baby dragon apply speed buff like dash.. run away.. does a decent job pet keeping up.. summon pets such as bears and spider.. and they run slow and don't keep up.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16252
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8079

so after doing some testing.. i think only some pets are getting the pet speed buff. Wyvern, Bears, Spiders, corpions aren't getting Pet speed are really slow failing to keep up. Obsidian Wolves, Baby Dragons are getting fast and keep up. I don't have any other pets to test.. so if anyone else can help test pets to see which ones are super slow.. and which ones can keep up when you cast a speed burst spell like dash.
