Pet went missing

    Details:I got a phone call and went afk when I came back I was dead and I went to the Ankh and resurrected. My pet was still bound to the collar but my icon was greyed out. I tried resurrection but it showed at < 1%. I did not have a countdown timer. I exited the dungeon and outside my pet was no longer bound to the collar.
