Pets idle in basement

    Title: Pet idle in basement
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Pets do no patrol or follow in my basement. They will sit on command and occasionally turn around while set to patrol. Otherwise, the pet does not move from the spot where it was placed.
    Steps to Reproduce: place pet in basement.
