    Blocker? No
    Details: When the Phoenix dies - nothing happens.
    Steps to Reproduce: get a phoenix killed near an enemy:

    [10/8/2019 10:37:11 AM] River <Echondas> attacks Elite Skeleton Footman and hits, dealing 2 points of damage from ?SummonPhoenixFireAutoAttack?.
    [10/8/2019 10:37:12 AM] Elite Skeleton Footman: (fighting) ...I see your end...
    [10/8/2019 10:37:13 AM] River <Echondas> attacks Elite Skeleton Footman and hits, dealing 3 points of damage from ?SummonPhoenixFireAutoAttack?.
    [10/8/2019 10:37:17 AM] Elite Skeleton Footman: (fighting) ...die...
