    A selfish wishlist actually.

    1. Digital signed POT/Benefactor property deeds.
    We've seen what @Scottie did. Perhaps a little adjustments for a downloadable pdf version for POT/Benefactor deeds?

    2. In game framed version of above property deeds.

    (Maybe an add on store $5 item for both 1 and 2. Not $5 each.)

    3. A physical wax-sealed high quality material Player Own Town (deed?decree?) signed by LB for Town owners to purchase.
