    There is a recipe for pigs skin, loose translation is gravy, (grouveh)--probably spelled that wrong
    The way my dad & I used to make this was grinding up pigs skin & boiling it in pigs fat/lard during the slaughter, the recipe Plate of Crackling & Oil reminded me of it.
    My family on both sides still do this from time to time, we need it in.
