Player and POT Vendors blocking player movement

    Details:

    Recently, a change was made to allow players to run through NPCs without slowing down in towns. While verifying, I noticed that POT NPCs and player placed vendors behave now like solids. The player cannot pass through them.

    Because of this, vendors that were placed in front of exits or entrances, or if they wander in front of one in case of NPC vendors, may block movement.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1) Go to location provided, also verified in Owl's Head and New Britannia Market
    2) Attempt to walk through player vendors and the NPC vendorsi
    3) Observe: They appear solid, the player cannot pass through them.
