Player avatar still has narrow fade-out point with wide Field of View

Details:
If a player is in a closed-in enough space, his avatar will fade out to prevent obstruction of the view. The same fade-out point is maintained with any setting given to Field of View in the game options, even if in the wider view, there wouldn't be any obstruction if the avatar was shown.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 Go to options, make sure Field of View is set to 0%. 2 Walk into a narrow space where the avatar fades out. 3 Go to options, set Field of View to 100%.
