[As Designed] Player dungeons are forced open mode

    Title: Player dungeons are forced open mode
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Frustrating but not a blocker
    Details: Trying to do this troll dungeon but I can't because there's another player in the scene, and I'm not scene master, so I can't fight properly.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try and go into private or party mode in a player dungeon.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz (6) System RAM: 32679

    @Echondas - Player dungeons are a part of the Player Owned Towns - which are all forced open so I believe this to be "working as intended". I'll pass it upstairs to double-check - but I do not think the dungeons can be easily separated from POT rules in this way.

    Confirmed: Player Dungeons are universally open. Not tied to POTs, but do have the open ruleset.
