Details: The instructions stated in the Skill Specialization is incorrect:

You can learn all Specialization skills, but only one can be learned at a time. One Specialization skill can be set to Training and all others will be automatically set to Unlearning.

It should be:

Only One Specialization skill can be trained and one additional skill maintained at any given time. Or two can be set to maintain. Enabling training for a different Specialization skill may set a Specialization skill currently set to maintain to unlearn.

Steps to Reproduce: Click the Help button in game, and read the Player Instruction section of Skill Specialization.
