[Fixed] player instructions has no info on aetheric amplifier use

    @Sannio, this has led to at least one player buying an amplifier from the crown store so he could play music for the guests in his inn, only to abandon it when he learned they wouldn't hear what he was hearing without manual intervention. there's a section for "Music and Instruments"; it'd fit right in there.

    * warning that hearing radio stations is only per player, though other players can choose to turn it on and tune in to the same station you are
    * info on the music filter checkbox in settings > sound
    * info that there is a default list of stations but that each player can add their own, which is stored per (character? account? local install? i don't actually know)
    * info on things other than deco radios that have radio capability: portable amplifiers, clockwork pets, backpacks...

    Thanks for the report! Most of those things seem like they should be closer to the source and in the Crown Store description, so I'll mention this to our Crown Store experts. Issue #66885

    i don't think that's the best place for a lot of text. crown store text size autoscales down instead of scrolling, so you're gonna end up with something like this:
