Player Music Priority

So, with this past update (Update 400) there is this bullet item:

• Player music has received a higher audio priority to fix an associated intermittent sound problem.

While that was a problem for me before the patch, it is actually worse now. Playing a band file for the 5-piece band, I get brief glitches where the playback "hitches" - sometimes it actually skips, much like a vinyl album, where it pauses for 1/3 a second, then plays a few bars over and continues. This hitch is like every 9 seconds or so.

Before the patch I could occasionally play a 4-minute or so band file and get no hitches at all. Now, it pretty much makes playing a file not really worth the annoyance. It's not CPU constraints, as I'm running at maybe 50% CPU at most. Also, getting good frame rate, at 40+ while playing the music.

 

Something is going on with playing music and especially with creating sheet music. I have bug reported it with no luck for a while now.
