Hold on, not so fast.

The OP may not have been updated yet but people do post their updates here and I've been using those details to populate my spreadsheet. I haven't added the meta-data as I think that is better suited for the wiki.

Gathering more info on towns isn't a bad idea though.

Theme: For friends, family, and allies. Either a very nature-oriented locale (Druid's Tree & Elf Hill Houses only), or a cut-out-of-the-cliffside string of residences/row houses. Plenty of cats. Still up in the air about this. On/beside/by a river.

Update/Addendum: Part of the idea (if it's workable—devs?) was to have a lot of friendly NPC cats (including lynxes, and possibly any other breeds of cats) running around the place, possibly all named (courtesy of the town residents). In part, I wanted to evoke a bit of the vibe from Lovecraft's "The Cats of Ulthar": harm a cat at your own peril.

Pardon the crudeness of the map - obviously not to scale. It was something I threw together really quick in RPG Maker last night. I will modify it once we know more about the templates we can choose from.

 

Koldar - where you hope to land? i know port phoenix will be a similar atmosphere in the bay of storms, more like savannah georgia, than Terrebonne parish (houma is a town in tbonne, had family there for years), but if they could be kind of near each other, that would be fantastic. would be a great idea too, a bayou setting. head over to Solania north-northwest of ardoris, in the swamplands, for some asset ideas that are already in the game.

 

I'm not really sure what quadrant I would like to be in just yet but I'm not against the idea of having other POTs close by.

Thanks for reminding me - I need to go on a hunt tonight to find some asset ideas.

 

we got a few in the area already. you'd be in good company.. well except for ravicus, he's the lich who runs sawtooth mountains.
