Details: Players are able to click on boats, caravan, doors while in combat to leave the zone (when near death).
This issue really affects any type of pvp in a very negative way.
Steps to Reproduce: Click on exits/boats/basements entrances during combat.

No, we should leave it like it is so that people can sneak attack at the spawn point then immediatly leave the zone in combat if they don't get a killshot (repeat).
