Please add aiming and clicking ability to second camera mode i.e. ctrl + m

    I LOVE this camera mode but currently there is no way to click monsters, npc's, etc. I have tried tab but that does not work. The reason I enjoy this second camera mode is because I can see my character from any angle while running, walking, in combat, etc. It also just feels much more fluid to me.

    Would it be possible to have a tiny circle in front that we could aim with and then click to lock on with?
